Leo Hishida is a guitarist, singer and composer.
He is based in Brussels, after passing by Brazil, Spain, Italy and Austria,
and currently performs with fellow guitarist Mark Chapin.

About Leo



Leo Hishida was born in the UK, but went still as a toddler to Brazil, where his family resides, and started playing the guitar at the age of 8.
In Curtiba, Brazil, he played with the alternative rock group Woyzeck, as well as with the classical music group "Orquestra de Violões do Paraná" and the samba (roots) group "Gente Boa da Melhor Qualidade".
Moving to Ispra (Italy) he formed the jazz group "Stolen Moments", performing smooth jazz standards.
After passing as well by Madrid (Spain) and Vienna (Austria), he now lives in Brussels, where he performs with the guitarist Mark Chapin.

About Mark Chapin:
Mark Chapin recieved a Bachelors of Music from the University of Oregon in 2001. After graduating he moved to Chicago and Made a living teaching and performing music of all styles. In 2007 Mark and His wife moved to Brussels, Belgium, where he continues to teach and perform. During the summers Mark is the head of a Rock And Roll department at a summer camp in New York.
